The owner is Alejandro (Alex) Richter, a tri-lingual (English, Spanish and Portuguese) Civil Engineering AS Degree professional with over 30 years’ experience in the construction field (residential, commercial, military and industrial). Alex’s vision for Marbella Construction is built on a desire to grow a successful construction company in the Tennessee Valley based on high-quality and knowledgeable performance. Alex holds both Tennessee and Georgia Contractor’s licenses as well as OSHA instructor credentials. He has worked as a General Contractor, Sub-Contractor and Construction/Demolition Superintendent in the US and Venezuela.
